We like the ‘They Achieve Because They Believe They Can’ motto at this senior school, which was founded by Henry VIII. It’s set within the sensational Brecon Beacons National Park, so there’s a real focus on making the most of the outdoors, including (since September 2020) the chance for pupils to take part in the Beacons Challenge Programme – three days of paddling, climbing, walking and exploring.
