A small, co-ed day prep and nursery in the leafy suburbs of Harrogate, Brackenfield was once a family home and still feels like one. The head, Joe Masterson, has woven pastoral values – kindness, honesty, respect – into the fabric of the school, from the classroom to the sports field, and it shines through in the children, who are happy, confident and respectful. This small school is very much part of the Harrogate community.
