Midsummer Night’s A Real Dream
Our Junior School performers brought Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream to life last week in a spectacular three-show run.
While the first performance was moved indoors, the weather improved and the last two performances took place in the beautiful garden of Satis House. The natural backdrop provided the perfect enchanted forest for Puck’s mischief and Oberon’s fairy kingdom, creating a magical summer atmosphere.
We are so proud of the dedication, energy, and creativity shown by every single pupil involved. From mischievous fairies to the hilarious Mechanicals, the children delivered their lines with confidence and brilliant comedic timing.
A massive thank you to Oliver Bailey for his dedication and hard work in bringing out the absolute best in our pupils. We were also incredibly fortunate to have Ben Wilton (OR) who did an outstanding job as Director, supported by Maria Giles and John Killoran, alongside the highly talented pupil crew from the Senior School Theatre Production Society.
Thank you to all the families and friends who came out to support the children - it was an unforgettable highlight of the term!
