Wolverhampton Grammar School Gymnasts qualify for British Championships

Two students from Wolverhampton Grammar School were selected to compete at the Gymnastic British Championships in Liverpool at the end of March.

Congratulations to two Wolverhampton Grammar School gymnasts: Charlie (Year 11) and Jamie (Year 7) who were both selected to compete at the Gymnastics British Championships in Liverpool at the end of March. This was following successful performances at the English Open Championships, the second biggest competition in the country – a fantastic achievement in itself!

Charlie did extremely well against tough competition in the U18 Men’s category. Meanwhile, Jamie competed in the Women’s Artistic Aspire category, finishing an incredible 4th out of 39 on the Floor apparatus and finishing 8th overall. We are extremely proud of both of them.
