Godolphin Students celebrate GCSE Results success
Godolphin students are today enjoying an excellent set of GCSE results across the 2024 cohort, highlighting their determination and hard work over the past five years.
Many students achieved outstanding sets of grades including Lula P with a straight run of ten 9 grades and Charlotte G, Kaitlyn M, Elodie T, Beatrice M, Miriam M, Ellery H, Alina W, Orla H, Katharine M and Emily P, all of whom averaged a Grade 8 or over in each subject.
Across the cohort, the students far exceeded national averages with 36% of Godolphin results receiving a Grade 8 or above compared to 12% nationally and 76% of results receiving a Grade 6 or above compared to 35% nationally.
Congratulating the students, Jenny Price, Head of Godolphin said:
“Our students can, yet again, be extremely proud of their results across a wide range of subjects. The hard work and talent of our students shine through in these grades along with the unwavering support and commitment of our staff and their families. We look forward to welcoming them back in September to join our thriving Godolphin Sixth where they will continue to develop and extend their skills and learning alongside their friends and staff who know them well and so enjoy teaching them.”
