Summer term sessions of Little Horris Hoppers are in full swing and growing in popularity each week.
This free, weekly playgroup at Horris Hill School offers a warm, welcoming space for toddlers and their carers to connect, play, and explore together.
Held during term time on our beautiful countryside site, Little Horris Hoppers offers an enriching environment, where young children can enjoy imaginative play, creative activities, and outdoor adventures. It’s a great opportunity for toddlers to meet others their age, develop social skills, and build confidence outside the home.
Led by our experienced team of educators, each session features a mix of fun and developmental play. Recent highlights include STEAM activities with Horris Hill’s Director of STEAM, music sessions with our Director of Music, seasonal crafts, and adventures in our Wild Child Forest School. Free play is always encouraged, allowing children to explore at their own pace.
Little Horris Hoppers is also a welcoming space for parents and carers to relax, chat, and connect over tea and our tasty homemade biscuits.
Groups like Little Horris Hoppers support early development and offer a gentle introduction to structured learning in a friendly, community-focused setting. Sessions run every Friday during term time,9.30–11.00am, and families are welcome to attend as many or as few as they wish.
