Our very first podcast is here! We started Talk 看片狂人 with the mission to demystify the world of independent education, to dispel the myths surrounding private schools and to give parents properly informed guidance about their school choices. In these podcasts, we'll be talking to the wisest heads, the most brilliant brains and the biggest cheeses on the independent schools scene to hear their views, occasionally rattle their cages and pose the questions parents might be too polite - or too nervous - to ask.

For our inaugural episode, we were delighted to Talk to Andrew Nott, who's had a stellar 20-year career as head of two leading prep schools - and at the beginning of September, he began a new stage in his illustrious career as Chairman of the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS). We discuss how prep schools have coped - and are coping - with the ongoing challenges of Covid-19, and talk about wider issues facing prep school heads and families today, from senior school transitions to financial aid.
